CANCELLATION POLICY

I value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to every client. To ensure a smooth experience for all, please review my policies regarding late arrivals, no-shows, cancellations, and service changes: Late Arrivals • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule to accommodate other clients. • Repeated late arrivals may result in a late fee or the need to prepay for future appointments. Cancellations and Rescheduling • I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer your spot to another client. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50–100% of the service price. Service Downgrades • If you choose to downgrade your service (for example, opting for a lesser service than originally booked) at the time of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the difference between the scheduled service and the performed service will be applied. • This helps protect the time that was reserved specifically for your original service and ensures fairness for all clients. No-Shows • Missing an appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. • No-shows will incur a 100% charge of the service price and may require prepayment for future bookings.
